Payment options


Payment is required on the day of the treatment. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express (AMEX) and EFTPOS.

National Dental Plan (NDP)

At totalcare dentistry we believe everyone should have the smile they deserve and that is why we offer the National Dental Plan (NDP).

With NDP you can get the treatments you require upfront, and spread the cost over easy-to-manage fortnightly payments. For more information please visit or call us on 02 9387 3637 to find out if you are eligible. 

Treatment plans

A written treatment plan will be provided for you to take home and view. We are available to discuss this with you at any time should you require further information on your recommended treatments.

Health funds

If you have private health insurance we can process your claim electronically using HiCaps. This is done at the end of each appointment.


Should you wish to re-schedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice so that we may accommodate other patients.
