Process:
Your experienced Invisalign dentist will evaluate and do a full case assessment to determine whether Invisalign would be a good option for your needs.
A state-of-the-Art 3D itero mouth scan is taken to accurately take records of your teeth so a precise customised digital treatment plan can be created.
Once the plan is approved and your custom designed series of clear aligners are manufactured you will be provided with a series of them to take home.
Generally, visits are every four weeks depending on the number of aligners in your plan. The aligners apply gentle pressure to the individual teeth that sit out of alignment.
Each subsequent aligner is slightly modified from the one before allowing a gradual progression of tooth movement to the optimal end result.
To stay on track with your customised treatment plan. The aligners are required to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours, removing for eating, drinking and brushing teeth.
